Susanna Holder

Canterbury Creek Training is an eventing barn run by Susanna Holder. She is a Certified Instructor through the Instructor Certification Program of the United States Eventing Program. Her BA in English from UC Berkeley and Certification as a college level tutor in math and English give her a command of the English language, imagery and analogies which help in the teaching process.

Susanna's Horse Experience:

• More than 18 years experience riding and showing horses
• Trained horses through Interemediate Level Eventing, 4'6" jumpers, and 3rd Level Dressage
• Has herself trained through Prix St. George dressage with a school master
• Level I ICP Certified through the USEA
• Currently brining her mare up through the levels and competing her FEI Level Eventing

Susanna is assisted by Alan Williams. He is an FEI licensed rider from Europe who represented Bulgaria in Show Jumping and Dressage. He is a valueable asset to the Canterbury Creek family bringing a sense of humor, discipline, and drive to our barn.

Alan's Horse Experience:

• Over 15 years experience
• FEI Liscenced in Dressage and Show Jumping
• Represented the Bulgarian National Team in Dressage and Show Jumping
• Competed up to Grand Prix Show Jumping and Intermediare Dressage

We teach all levels, and provide quality school horses for each level of rider from a beginner child's pony to an forward experienced Thoroughbred. We are also a full service barn for clients who own and compete their own horses. We offer daily turnouts, grooming, blanketting ,graining, and more.
